We began our story in 2017 in Buenos Aires – Argentina, the city with the largest proportional concentration of mental health workers in the world.
Based on the dreams and aspirations of Ana Joulie Moura and Marcel Araújo, RIAT was born, originally as an international network of therapeutic companions, which due to its growth began to incorporate caregivers and monitors of rehabilitation clinics for chemical dependency.
RIAT was created with the purpose of orchestrating the relationship between patients, family members, professionals and institutions, generating transparency in relationships and access to a quality service for everyone.
Our establishment in a city recognized for its relevance in this field further underscores our determination to provide the highest standards of care and services to our patients.
In 2020, we expanded to Brazil, opening our headquarters in Manaus, which would soon become an epicenter of the pandemic. Amid the challenges that COVID-19 brought to the area of mental health and human care, we created a free 3-month care service for anyone who needed treatment. We expanded to serve patients from all over Brazil, participated in Grow+’s Hack For Brazil and were recognized as one of the best projects to mitigate the effects of the pandemic in Brazil. Most importantly, we met Fabrício Bertoncello Scariot, who was our co-founder at RISM and is now our CTO at EnLite.
Together with him, we have adapted our services through the intensive use of technology to transform our quality management system into a new paradigm of Human Care and Mental Health 4.0, which allows us, through a digital clinic, to make our human care and mental health services available to anyone, anywhere in the world. Thus, we have become a clinic without walls!
Following this evolution of our system, expansion into new markets, expansion of our services, growth of the social and scientific impact generated, we have become EnLite Health Solutions, which has as its objective statement: We want to make human care services available to anyone, delivering a practice based on conscious empathy, transparency between relationships, having as premises science, innovation and the experience of our users.
